"The quality of service mark is composed of three people, and an average. One (Colin) was very helpful (5), and a chap I spoke to briefly at the corporate affairs office was also helpful (4). However this interaction was coloured by a rude man (scoring 1) who finished our conversation by putting my on hold, transferring me, and not telling me he was doing that. He also failed to listen to what I was asking for and seemed to be on auto pilot (he was reached on the general customer service number, the first number I rang. It got better from there..)"
