"When trying to activate my new phone, following the instructions that came with it, the techs activated service but could not activate my phone. They then told me to call back from this number from a different phone and also the *228, which both did not work. After getting to this site I was able to get my phone activated. I give them kudos for getting it fixed, but take away some for having to use this site as a cheat code to get to someone who could help me.
