"This is regards to AT&T's phone service (yes, we still use a land line). We received a DSL Model/High Speed Internet package from AT&T by mistake. We called them to see what was going on. We were disconnected the first 2 times but were finally connected to a representative. The representative claimed that we ordered the package online, which is funny, because we don't have an online account nor have we contacted them since starting our service. They said to return the package and everything would be taken care of. So we do and we think it's all fixed (this was on Oct. 2). Boy, were we wrong. They instead canceled our long distance (Oct. 2). We called again, they apologized and said it would be taken care of with 24 hours (Oct. 4). We had to call again on Oct. 6th as the issue was not resolved. We get the same response. Two days later, we receive a statement in the mail saying they've added new services to our account in regards to our Oct 6th call. It was during this call that " read more reviews like this »
